"It was a cheaper option in Banff. With it being right over the highway, we had to get their shuttle into town every time and sometimes it wasn’t available and had to wait. The room was dark and dingy. The bathroom was not very large and wasn’t the cleanest."

"If you aren’t skiing I wouldn’t recommend. Staff is super nice but getting to and from your room is a bit of a pain. If Gondolas aren’t running you could wait 30-45 min for a shuttle. There is also no self laundry and zero storage space in the rooms to put clothes."

"This is a great place to stay located in Banff! It was convenient to use the Roam bus to get into center of town and the complimentary bus passes were nice. The room was very clean and nice. We loved the sitting area with fireplace, balcony, and large bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed in a family tipi with my husband. We had a picnic bench and fire pit with a grate at our site. They provide a lantern and a kerosene heater for the tipi, which was very nice. Shower and bathroom is cleaned twice a day, hot water, great pressure. Drinking water available. Very peaceful setting not too far from Banff."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it a close driving distance to Banff, but the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Canmore so we could walk everywhere easily!
