"The check in staff was wonderful. Really enjoyed dinner at the Mural Room and drinks at Blue Heron. The views from the back patio are excellent. The rooms were just okay and had not been well maintained. I understand we're in nature but pest control within the room could have been better."

"We booked for two nights but only stayed one because it was not as advertised and filthy. We were charged for three nights despite the fact that we booked for two and only stayed one. We still have not received a refund and the staff is not helpful whatsoever"
