Fun in the Hunter Valley

A great weekend with the family to see the Hunter Valley Christmas Lights. The Vintage was exactly what everyone wanted in accommodation, location and facilities.

We were impressed with our accommodation from the minute we arrived. It was very surprising to find a garage attached to the apartment and this made unpacking quick and easy. Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The Sports Bar is conveniently located for a quiet drink and meal. The surrounding area is great for walks and kangaroo spotting. We will definitely stay next time we visit the Hunter Valley

Just returned from an amazing stay at Mercure The Vintage in Hunter Valley, and I can't recommend it enough! Room 210 was an absolute delight. The decor was lovely, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The peace and quiet were just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. Plus, the location is perfect! Just a short walk to Nineteen, where we enjoyed a fantastic meal and a shirt drive to all the amazing wineries. If you're planning a trip to Hunter Valley, make sure to book your stay at Mercure The Vintage. You won't be disappointed!

The apartment is clean, tidy and modern. Booking was delayed due to booking issues. Booked for two bedroom initially but changed on my Expedia account however it was not transferred or communicated with the apartment. Reservation staff was nice and helpful and fixed once all details were given

Lovely and clean, and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit confusing and our washing machine hose wasn’t in the right spot so when I did the washing, the floor flooded. The taps were also turned off so perhaps someone had experienced something similar. They were quick to fix it and mop up the area - response was swift and great though. Lovely stay and we’ll be back. Great soaps in the bathroom, and such a spacious bathroom which was beautiful. Lovely plantation blinds and nice to have the outside area. Great pools to choose from. Easy to get around and overall great stay!

Good location

The location was good, staff were helpful. The apartment generally speaking was good however, the fact that there isnt a screen door for the courtyard meant that we couldnt leave the door open for fresh air as the room would fill with mosquitoes. Also there was no door for the laundry so whenever you use the dryer or washer it would just be to noisy. Also the bed mattress was very uncomfortable and needs upgrading.
