Every major hotel I’ve ever stayed at can do heat or cooling as needed anytime. Not sure why this modern hotel can not in 2026. On the flipside, the breakfast was first class and made up for the hot and humid night. "

"My reserved room that was paid for in full two weeks prior was given to the homeless. The rude staff informed me that it is first come first serve. I had to call the police on the girl at the front desk, and the police said the Hotel is a DHS hotel for the homeless. At 11:30pm all I wanted was to sleep, but instead I spent till 2:00 am to find another Hotel to stay at. This place cannot be trusted. "
