"Second time staying at the hotel. Love the whole kitchenette set up. Just remember bring your own stuff. They do charge you if you want pots and pans and plates."

"Im giving this property a one‑star rating. The cleaning staff was rude. I asked for towels—the person simply pointed at the cart instead of helping. I asked two other employees if they spoke English, and they claimed they didn’t, even though it was obvious they understood me. The bathroom was filthy, and the tub filled halfway with water while I tried to shower. The patio door didn’t lock properly, and the only way to secure it was by propping a bar in the frame. I couldn’t wait to check out. This stay was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth the money"

"Property Entrance was perfect fine but once I went to my unit while doing the virtual check in my code didn't seem to work and the door wouldn't open I requested a new code a few minutes later and still the door wouldn't open I had force the door open to let myself in. And as far as privacy in the unit I find it very frustrating and upsetting that you cant enjoy family time inside the unit know laughter, talking, and family fun they consistently send you text messages saying that we are to loud. How are you suppose to enjoy family time when your being monitored in your own unit that u paid for a family vacation. And to top it off we had arrived on a Tuesday and checked out on a Sunday and was never told or nor they had any notification that the pool was closed we had to find out by somebody in the area when we asked where the pool was and was told that its been closed for over a month and it would be back open on Friday. Lack of communication and privacy from these apartments."
