"Clean room, friendly staff."

"The title of this hotel offers a lot...of irony! The beds were very firm, and the pillows were way too soft. Despite having 4 pillows on my bed, I was never comfortable. Our room didn't have a toilet paper holder or a hair dryer for my mom. And staff was unable to provide one. The bathroom door was missing a hook for the hook and the door that led to our room had to be locked because if it wasn't it could easily just open. That occurred multiple times. The complimentary breakfast was edible, but nothing to rave about. Most of the staff was friendly, but the area of the hotel didn't feel to be the best. We had a couple try to enter our room in the middle of the night. They were at the wrong room, but I was still aggravated. And the fire alarm going off at 4 am on our departure day wasn't ideal. All in and all, it was the greatest, but if you're in a pinch, this isn't the worst place you can stay. "

"The room was nasty I never took my flip flops off even in the nasty cigarette burned bathtub . The floors were really dirty too . Never back there yechhhh . The employees at desk were really nice and gave me extra towels . "

"The Hotel was recently remodeled but the management told us they only provide basic TV Stations and did not provide any streaming channels such as CNN, FOX News, Paramount and others so we were limited on what we could watch. Won't stay here again"

"It was horrific, the place was disgusting. I would not even shower due to the tub be so terrible. My Uber driver mentioned to me that I was staying in a crack hotel. There were 2 men openly doing drugs at the pool which was littered with cigarette butts and beer caps....do not take off your shoes. "

"My husband and I arrived early to the hotel after previously calling ahead and being told that early check-in would be okay. We had been traveling and were very tired, so we were hoping to get settled in. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff immediately said, “You’re early, we don’t have any rooms ready, you’ll have to wait.” We understood that rooms may not always be ready early, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive. We waited in the lobby for about two hours with no updates from the front desk. The same employee who initially spoke to us left when her shift ended without ever checking on the status of our room. When the next shift came in, the two employees at the desk were extremely unprofessional — loudly discussing their personal lives and using profanity while guests were sitting in the lobby. After waiting longer, we had to approach the desk ourselves to ask for an update and were told to wait another 45 minutes. When we finally got into our room, it was disappointing. There were no cookware or utensils, despite the room setup suggesting they should be available. There were no extra towels, the hallways had trash and dirty bedding sitting out, and the elevator stopped working during our stay. The hotel looks very nice from the outside and appears newly built, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. You can also clearly hear other guests’ TVs and noise through the walls, which made it hard to relax."
