"We stayed in the Diana's oasis, and the pool had a lot of dead flying ants floating. I also found live flying ants coming out from the bottom of the mirror. The front desk was empathetic and accommodating by giving us an upgraded room in the champagne towers. The pool was better but it was not heated like the prior room so we didnt not stay in it long. The champagne tower jacuzzi was not able to be used which was such a let down. It was chipping off little black pieces when I ran the water and...

"the staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the one factor that helped us choose this hotel was the pool. So disappointing. The pool water was very cloudy. There were objects on the pool floor. Both are signs of a poorly maintained pool. We did not feel comfortable or safe using it."
