MY awesome weekend

Place was pretty legit. The pool is awesome and the bathtub is huge. Great for bubble bath and body relaxation. Great hotel. Will stay again

It’s not a 5 star hotel. But the price is adorable and the staff was very nice and attentive if needed. Not updated but Perfect location to anywhere you need to go. Would stay at again.

Location, Location

Stayed here a few time because of its location to the Strousburg and the Gap! Being able to walk to the trailhead, fishing, restaturants/bars, coffee shops and senic views outweights any defect in my eyes as long as its clean. The hotel needs some updating but based on location and price, its fine.

Misleading Listing

Rundown place, need upgrade. Dead zone for cellphone signal. Barely there Wifi. Even for an emergency, it would be hard to use cell phone in most of the establishment.

not far off the interstate so we were surprised traffic noise wasn't an issue. they only change towels and linens every 3 days but they didn't even come into the room to empty garbage, make the bed or do any other cleaning! no coffee maker in our room. no breakfast offered, not even free coffee.

My fiancé and I have stayed here several times but this time was the worst. There were spider webs and spiders all over the hallways. Our first smelled horrible and had a ticking noise and they did switch our room but the floors were dirty. We will not be staying here again.

Basic Room

Basic and simple hotel room. Room was clean but the ceiling had some water stains on both sides and tbe red chair jn the riom seemed a bit old and worn. Bed a d pillows were comfy. Microwave and small fridge in the room was conveinent. Door was a bit loud when you opened or closed it and the lock was a little rusty but we didnt have ang safey concerns. We were also able to check in a couple hours early for a $20 fee (which i think was fair) and that helped hs a lot. Also, hitel is pet friendly and we traveled with a small dog (extra $25) so that was conveinent so.

Didn't like that we had a problem with the toilet in our room and had to report it twice. Also we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Very embarrassing opening the room on people who were in the room at the time. Concerning that it could have happened to us too.

this property is located inside another property. no sugns for front desk or check in. parking lot does not have lights. Very unsafe... was asked if i need company for the night!! i want a refund 😕 i did not stay a property!! should not be recommend but this or any site!!

I went to visit family for holidays and didn't spend a ton of time in the hotel. There are pros/cons but I am pretty low maintenance also. It's older and needs updates, so bring your own USB boxes for example, and no coffee machines in room, and no free breakfast, but it was super quiet, has a nice bar(not always open though), has a heated pool, a fitness center, is right off the highway but you would never know it, it's a hotel (not motel) tucked away in DWG. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. The Dunkin is next door in the same parking lot which is awesome. The room and bedding were clean, just not fancy. The heat unit worked well and was quiet, you know how loud some can be! I cancelled a Super8 Motel to change to this and glad I did. Again - it's not fancy, needs upgrades, but it met my needs and for the same price, much better than the Super 8. I'll definitely go back.

First of all they overcharged my card. I have to go through Expedia to get the refund. Refrigerator wasn’t working. Lost food. Took two days for a new one. It froze everything. Thermostat didn’t adjust temperature. The heat in the room shut off if you left for 10 minutes. Tom always went back to 60 degrees.
