"Very convenient location not too far from the city center and next to supermarket, coffee shops and fast food. Hotel was nice. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served good food too! Only complaint was that the doors can bang a little too loudly if let close by themselves."

"We had a sea view room that was an unbelievable view. Our room was clean and had the best bed weโd ever slept in! Like sleeping in a cloud. The staff are friendly and helpful. Salcombe town is a (complimentary) 10 min bus shuttle ride away or take a water ferry. We have loved the spa too. We will be back next year. Canโt wait to book again."

"We enjoyed our self catering facilifies. There was so much to do at the location, i.e., mini golfing, golfing range, fairy dust walk by the river, gym, swimming and kids play area. There was everything for the whole family. The kids definitely loved it."

"Room close to lift so very noisy For a king room the bathroom was tiny and very hard to move in it. Other than that hotel was nice Didnโt have breakfast but coffee in reception today served by a lovely friendly man was lovely Reception staff lovely too VERY slow lift. Ok for us on floor 1 but some of our friends on 7 had a lot of steps as 20 mins plus for lift not great"

"A delightful little hotel. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, our room was spacious light and airy overlooking the beach . Quality of bedding and towels are lovely. Food very nicely cooked, good choice of menu, no greasy breakfasts, all well presented. Good variation of dinner menu. South sands beach is lovely, perfect for families. My only hesitation is that if you donโt want to drive whilst on holiday the walk to the next beach, north sands, is a very steep walk uphill and then a further walk into Salcombe itself for us of โmature yearsโ, or for the very young. The ferry across to Salcombe is fun but stops crossing back around 6.00pm so evening meals there are out unless you can get a taxi back. We had a lovely break here and would recommend it for a quiet relaxing time."
