"When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property."

"True to its name this is a garden site and the grounds are wonderful. Most hotels jam-pack their gyms, making it impractical for more than a handful of people and the equipment will be in the way of your workout if you plan to use anything but a stationary machine. My room had a troubled shower faucet which required extra force to make it work taking away that Hilton brand experience."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! "Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!"

"We had a completely HORRIBLE stay here and to top it off the desk staff wouldn't do a thing about it. Pushed me off to the "manager" that never seemed to be on property. Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here."
