"It was an unexpected and pleasant visit to the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcomed us. The

looked very inviting. We noticed a few grasshopper in hotel and an odor in room . Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. TVs were small and beds were comfortable. The best part was their breakfast. An assortment of tasty food, fresh juices and traditional THICK Greek yogurt with honey. We would stay there again if had the opportunity. "

"The property is outside Ioannina and the connecting roads are in bed shape. The room we got had several strange characteristics, TV in the wrong position, strange glass door in the bathrooms, strange lighting arrangements, lack of light in the corridors in the morning. No coffee or tea in the room. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazingly rich and good."

"Unfortunately the SPA and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The

was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility. I would not stay there again "
