It is an apartment building with no way to get in and no way to contact anyone. We were about to return to Turin to search...

During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....

"Good communication from the owners, very helpful with questions that we had. The bathroom needs some work doing in it as the shower head doesn’t work great and needs a better guard around it to stop the water running out of the shower on to the floor. The apartment was clean and had all amenities that we needed, and was in a great location for getting around xx"

You have to check in yourself and the code I was provided didn’t work, I also asked if it was possible to check in a bit earlier and that was denied very rudely. Once inside the property is very bare and lacking of any character. Awaiting for you is absolutely nothing, not even a bottle of water. The bedding is pretty terrible and rough and was only provided a sheet, no blankets or comforter. WiFi didn’t work and when I asked the customer...

"The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear."
