Séjour calme mais plusieurs désagréments

L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit plutôt calme, un peu à l’écart de la ville, ce qui peut être agréable pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs ont fortement impacté notre séjour. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre environ 30 minutes pour accéder à notre chambre, malgré le fait d’être arrivés à l’heure. La personne à l’accueil était très aimable, ce qui est appréciable, mais malheureusement cela ne compense pas les nombreux désagréments. La propreté laissait à désirer : j’ai dormi sous une poutre couverte de moisissure, ce qui m’a empêché de dormir correctement à cause de la sensation d’étouffement. De plus, la porte des douches ne se fermait pas, ce qui est gênant quand on est plusieurs dans la chambre. La chaleur dans la pièce était étouffante, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui a rendu la nuit encore plus difficile. Pour le prix, on ne s’attendait pas à un luxe, mais ces problèmes de base sont difficilement acceptables.

Chambre à prix correct pour famille de 4 . Un peu à l'extérieur de Turin mais sinon c'est un billet de 200 mini. Par contre pas d'insonorisation entre chambres. Petit dej hors de prix 15/pers . On a prix un succulent petit dej dans un village voisin boissons chaudes plus viennoiseries 20 EUR à 4!!!!!!!
