"Excellent hotel. The location is just perfect! It’s just about 2 blocks from the Cathedral of Manizales, which I suggest to take the tour up to the Polish Corridor, you won’t regret it. It has an amazing view of the whole city! They offer free delicious breakfast. Overall, this hotel has a lot to offer, people were very nice and I highly recommend you stay there, you won’t regret it at all! "

"Walls are paper thin, so much noise from neighboring rooms. There are 12 rooms in the hotel and only 3 or 4 appeared to be occupied and we were all neighbors. I asked the night clerk to move me and he refused unless I paid for it. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had in a hotel in Colombia."
