"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the bell boy to the chamber main the attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. The beds and pillows were excellent. I highly recommend the premium level. It includes discounts, breakfast, happy hour, and light refreshments. It is close to many historical landmarks. It is also close to the light rail. If you arrive at AIFA airport, it is very convenient. We took the train and saved a lot. We would definitely be back."

"The room and property were nice and clean. Lacked some amenities like more towels or even a phone number to reach reception from your room. The food cafe they had was not very good at all and took a very long time to come out. Also the walls seemed pretty thin and it was a bit loud."

"Place is fine, staff is friendly. The place needs a little maintenance though with the blinds and cabinets. Also felt bad making the ladies at the front desk get up every time we needed to get into the hotel since they have to open the door for us. They should get them a buzzer or something. Would stay again because the suites are big and price is fair and the street view from the rooms are nice."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "
