"This hotel was beyond beautiful and elegant-- the rooms, the front desk staff, the amenities were so lovely. The ambiance was stunning and it had that ultra high end boutique feel...The moment I walked in to my room it smelled so clean and fresh, it was just beyond beautiful (and FLAWLESSLY clean). The staff was so welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend staying here. The location is super central to everything you need. My only little note would be to add robes and slippers :)"

"The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere."

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Excellent location and good value for the price. Very walkable to the main attractions of the city, Sol, Plaza Mayor, Buen Retiro etc, and also close to many eateries. Getting to MAD airport on public transit was a breathe - some 8 minutes walk to Sol station and a train ride with a transfer. We had a private room, but other than the provided towels, basically no in-room amenities. It was a bit strange that two private rooms shared one common balcony, which seemingly meant that the occupants...
