"Has potential, but needs upgrades. Inattentive staff (had to request towels after room cleaned multiple times) Told about strict dress code for Butchers but a guest was wearing gym shorts and a tshirt. The check in desk at the racquet club disorganized and chaotic. Valet staff was excellent as well as staff at the coffee shop. "

"Great stay. Can't say enough about the wonderful staff and how helpful and informative they all were. The room was average, pretty, but the most impressive was the nice view of the ocean. Was great waking up and being able to go out on the balcony and enjoy your cup of coffee and take it in. Going to bed was nice as we would leave the door open for a bit and listen to the ocean crash."

"The property is very outdated and had an unpleasant odor throughout, which made the stay uncomfortable. It doesn’t reflect the standards expected from a DoubleTree by Hilton. It may work for a quick one-night stay, but I wouldn’t return."
