I paid $700 a night to be next to an ice machine and where the cleaning ladies all congregate. I asked to be moved the first night and they told me they were looking for a room on the second night. I asked to be moved as well and did not get a response on the third and final day I asked for a credit and they said that they could give me $100 I literally could not sleep and complain to upper management and they said they could give me another hundred dollars. My bill was over $2100 and I am very very disappointed at how loud the ice machine was all night long with people coming and going. There’s no way this room should be rented for a premium price and if it’s rented at all, the customer should be aware of what they’re getting into. PGA management did not seem like they really cared. There were a lot of things that were not quite right for the price point. They focused on the PGA golfers and gave them top-notch treatment while the rest of the folks were just kinda left on their own. I will say Pierre and the new manager who I did not really get a chance to talk to you about the problem and I don’t remember her name or exceptionally nice and kind I do appreciate their service and also the service from the people in the restaurant, but sadlythe overall experience with the hotel was not good because of the lack of concern for the noisy room, which was extremely noisy. The manager said the best he could do was offer me $200 because I booked from a third-party. I hope that Expedia
