"phone & wi-fi access was terrible. that said the room was surprisingly quiet considering how close to freeway we were & very convenient to places we went tho none were 'walkable' still the staff were excellent & very helpful (due to train schedule we arrived quite late and they were most accomidating = loved having a fridge/microwave- tv service was great. i personally found the mattress hard but i like a softer one. wish they had softer pillows tho. -- this is not against the room - i just find...

"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"It was conveniently located in area with access to I-80 to get around. Ice cream place a block away and plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel itself was very nice with everything looking like new. Room was very nice with comfortable set up. We were allowed to change from a king to a double queen room with no hassle. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This is a beautiful hotel. Felt very “fancy” for us. Valet parking, 17 stories, chandeliers, nice bar/restaurant in the lobby, etc. Staff were so nice and helpful here. The rooms are clean and QUIET. The trolley car goes on the street in front of the hotel. I really loved staying here. "
