The hotel itself was sub-average. It would've been tolerable, except the 4 half pillows on the bed were very old and beat up. It was like sleeping on a bag of potatoes. Twice we had to go to the front desk for additional pillows. The 2nd time was at 2am. The clerk was unhelpful and said no pillows were available. He offered a bath towel instead. I pushed for him to check any vacant rooms, which he first lied about and said there were no vacancies, but when I pressed the issue, he went to a room where I was able to get two crappy pillows.
This seems low-level, but having bad pillows can ruin a night's sleep and impact a vacation. The furnace/AC was also very loud and woke us up throughout the night. I would avoid this place.
