"Not enough smoke pits we all ways fiting to have a smoke, the stuff was excellent, the management not so much very snobs, no communication or peaple skills, so everyone sad the same thing"

"We had the wrong room when we arrived and when we originally booked it included the all inclusive package. The hotel clerk charged us an extra 2000.00 American money on top of the 5k we already spent to reserve! The service was horrible and the food was grotesque and it made us venture off to eat elsewhere. I will make sure all my family and friends know the horrible experience we had and will not recommended this hotel to anyone! They charged so many extra fees on top of what we had already paid. Be careful booking here they will try and charge you anything and everything especially if you’re not fluent in Spanish. Be also to ensure you look at the details when booking through Expedia. Such a shame and terrible experience overall."
