"We had a wonderful stay at Atami Escape Resort! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. The food and drinks were excellent and every restaurant on the property was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing each morning and we really appreciated the late checkout. Overall a relaxing and enjoyable experience, we will definitely return!"

"King sized rooms have stunning views with balconies to enjoy. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Always at your service and attentive. We also received massages and the masseuse was great. I wish the pool was cleaned a little more throughout the day since the breeze can blow leaves/bugs into the infinity pool. "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it, especially for families. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the atmosphere was not what was advertised. There was loud music playing well into the night—until around 3 AM—which made it nearly impossible to get any rest. There were random people coming in and out of the property who didn’t appear to be hotel guests, creating an uncomfortable environment. The hotel seemed far more focused on operating as a restaurant and lounge than as a place for guests to relax. The staff prioritized restaurant patrons over those actually staying at the hotel, which was frustrating and disappointing. Any concerns we had felt dismissed. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the advertised ocean views, but those were completely obstructed by restaurant tables and lounge furniture. It felt misleading and not at all what we expected based on the listing. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. We ended up checking out after just one night and finding alternative accommodations. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you’re hoping for a peaceful, family-friendly stay. "

"My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but it could easily be improved. For the price you pay per night, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. At check-out, no one asked how the stay was, I had to bring it up myself. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. I would love to recommend this place because the setting is beautiful, but these details should definitely be addressed. "
