Très belle hôtel, propre et à proximité de tout autant à pied quand voiture. Personnel courtoie, mais peu renseigné, dès que j'ai fini de faire mon check-in on m'a avisé que la compagnie de gestion Sercotel allait partir le 10 mars, mon séjour était du 6 au 13 mars. Donc, qu'il n'était pas certain s'il y allait avoir une nouvelle équipe d'entretiens ménager et de réception. De plus, sur le site web on indiquait qu'il y avait un restaurant sur place avec un bar et il n'y avait rien, les commodités était quasi inexsitants, très décevant. 2 belles piscines avec gym et cinéma maison, mais non-fonctionnel.

This is a condo property that has rentals as well as Owner’s for a blended residential experience. Other guests not as respectful of the noise they generate as sound echos, but did close doors/quiet down when asked. The king studio is a large hotel type room as it is largely the bed and spacious bathroom. Full size fridge and efficiency kitchen, utensils, and cooking items for longer stays. Unit also had a balcony overlooking the central pool and there is also a smaller roof pool. Pool towels supplied in room. WiFi service was spotty due to not working in room, but one can piggyback off other rooms. Good location a couple blocks from 5th ave and it is quiet for PDC. Fantastic clean eating restaurant, Moots, around the corner; currency exchange/Oxxo across street, and ADO Alterna/Walmart 10 min walk away. Would stay again due to low key atmosphere, cleanliness, and location.

Loved the location , very friendly clean and safe . Met some really nice people , the cleaning staff were excellent. I was disappointed that it advertised breakfast restaurant on the roof top and swim up bar , but they were not opened or staffed at all Several areas with open stairs had no railings . But I did see them installing rails the day I checked out in some areas Overall I would definitely stay there again The restaurants in the area were amazing Thanks

Nous avons passé 2 semaines extraordinaires. Le personnel est très souriant et accueillant. Cet hôtel est d'une propreté impeccable. L'hôtel est tellement bien situé. Que dire de la piscine sur le toit qui est fabuleuse. Hôtel neuf près de tout. La 5e avenue et la plage sont à quelques minutes. Riktigt bra läge för en vistelse i Playa. Rummen är rymliga och fräsha. Vill man fly vimlet i staden är takpoolen ett perfekt ställe där man kan njuta av både sol och skugga ovanför staden.

Lovely new hotel

The hotel is lovely,very clean and maintained well. Our room was over the garage exit so we did experience some noise but most rooms would not have that problem. The pools were lovely and not busy. Great location,near everything. Great for restaurants,bars and walking but no loud music. Lovely views from roof top pool and a little restaurant not used much. Staff were lovely and our room was immaculate. There was some chatter from staff in the morning who probably don’t realize sounds echo in the halls but nothing really. Great price and I would recommend anybody stay there.

Departamentos nuevos y muy bien ubicados

El departamento esta muy nuevo, super bien situado a menos de 5min caminando de la 5ta avenida. Los departamentos tienen de todo lo esencial para la estancia. Lo único que mejoraría es la atención por parte del staff, nosotros tuvimos un inconveniente con un recepcionista que no nos supo solucionar nuestras dudas, sin embargo al día siguiente otra chica que estaba en recepción, fue resolutiva.

Vill man ha bra fint rymligt lägenhetshotell så är det perfekt. Fräscht och nära till allt! Det finns pool och bar på hotellet, dock inte så mysigt och man kan inte beställa så mycket från baren. dessutom var barens öppettider få på dagen.

Godt sted til fornuftig pris

God beliggenhed i forhold til strand og by. Alt ligger inden for kort afstand. Lejligheden var rummelig og fint indrettet, og med en stor terasse. Madrassen var lidt hård. Den på sovesofaen var faktisk bedre. Men det er jo smag og behag. Lækkert pool område på taget, det er dog ærgerligt at der står en kompressor og larmer temmelig meget hele tiden. Den kunne godt gemmes bedre væk. Kunne godt have ønsket at der var bedre skiltning om hvor man kunne finde de forskellige ting i bygningen. En lille bog i lejligheden med informationer om bygningen, regler, området mm ville være en god ide. Internettet fungerede upåklageligt. Alt i alt havde vi en god uge

Emplacement parfait, super pratique, l’accueil est toujours chaleureux, tout était parfait. Pour les souhaits : on aurait aimé une table pour manger ensemble car nous étions 4. Des patins sous les pieds de chaises seraient aussi appréciés car l’isolation phonique n’est pas bonne et on entend beaucoup les voisins. Mais super adresse qu’on recommanderait avec plaisir.

Playa vacation

Very comfortable for our entire family of 5 with two separate rooms and bathrooms and a small kitchen and living area. This is not an hotel but a condo building of which only 80 of the rooms are rented as hotel rooms, so not all the amenities are working for example the spa and the bar at the downstairs pool are closed. The parking is large and we had no problem parking our car, just the entrance and exit are very tight so I’m glad we had a compact car. The location is great, very close to 5th avenue and the beach, and also to Mega supermarket. The traffic on the street could be loud sometimes but we slept well anyway. They have a great cinema room you can rent for 2-3 hours and we just logged to Netflix and watched movies on one of the rainy days. The staff is very nice and helpful. We left for a road trip for a few days and left some of our luggage for safety keeping. There is also a safe in the room. Overall great place. Downstairs there are a few restaurants. We highly recommend Moshe Cube that has very tasty ethnic food and nice staff.

Bästa boendet i Playa Del Carmen

Riktigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ett av dem bästa och prisvärda hotellet i PDC. Finns inget att klaga på. Det ingår även städning och byte av handduk så det är mer som en hotell än Condo. Fräsch gym och härliga pooler. Super grym service och det är verkligen ingenting att klaga på.
