"Overall good, I went during the World-cup soccer season. Beach view was not that great d/t seaweeds but I pick the season - my luck, they were cleaning all the sea weeds w machines. great pool area, Room service was great. Hotel area has better ocean view and more A/C area but good to experience. This area has better Tacos > Hotel Zone. Loss of ocean view, gain of great Tacos!"

"The room was clean and comfortable, though the phone didn’t work at all. The pools were clean and accessible but the amount of room at the pool bar in the water itself was very limited and provided little to no opportunity to use it. The staff were great and friendly and very helpful. The buffet was mediocre and not nearly as good as many I’ve been to. The Italian restaurant was terrible, staff was short and run thin. There was a bread/cheese bar that we were never offered, the food tasted like it came from a frozen dish put in a microwave and the meal took way longer to finish due to the lack of staff. We used the spa services and were very satisfied. I give it a 4/5 because the staff were great, otherwise it would’ve earned a 3.5."
