"We stayed 2 nights at the end of August. We had a beautiful and comfortable room at one of the gatehouses. The bed was comfy, there were several English tv channels including BBC1 and 2, ITV and channel 4. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well planned. The breakfast was all self service. "Such a lovely welcome - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Hotel was perfectly placed, central for restaurants yet tucked away in the corner of intramuros. 30 second walk to the beach which was very welcome as it was really hot. Comfy beds & reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This beautiful hotel, formerly a family home, is owned and run by the loveliest couple. Charming, friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the view from our room included a very full apricot tree, the fruit of which was part of the delicious breakfast we enjoyed in the back garden. "I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Fantastic location, great little bar downstairs, the breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. We actually stayed in their smallest room but it was absolutely brilliant. Very comfortable bed, nice shower room and we had a really great sleep after a day of travelling!
