Lovely property just outside the city gates. Kevin and Roxana are adorable and made us feel very welcome. You can tell they are working very hard to make this new property the best hotel they can. It’s clean, spacious and quiet. Lots of free parking nearby. Wish we had more time to spend here.

From the moment we arrived in Dinan we were made to feel welcome. Our rooms were welll appointed and our hosts, Kevin and Roxanna were gracious and friendly. We highly recommend a stay here if you are ever in this enchanting village.

The property was very conveniently located, walkable to the old historic centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was quite plain, but clean. We chose to have the breakfast which was ok but nothing fancy or interesting. We enjoyed our stay at Dinan.

Very nice hotel in a 400 year old building with a beautiful little garden where you can have drinks. The walk to the heart of town was 5 minutes, and the owners were the nicest, most helpful you can ask for.
