"I stayed during London’s heat wave and arrived to find my room’s AC wasn’t working. Harold at reception was brilliant—he immediately checked another room’s air con, moved me over, and the maintenance team was already fixing the original. The hotel is wonderfully funky and boutique with a great indoor pool and fantastic Holborn location. It’s the staff’s responsiveness that really made it memorable. Highly recommended"
