And it was nice to be given a box of chocolates when I stayed over Christmas. The hotel design and decor was beautiful. The hotel location was great as you’re near the South Bank, St Paul’s and Houses of Parliament. I would definitely stay here again. "

"LOVED the warm pool, steam room & sauna! The robes were pure luxury. The bed was comfortable and clean & the blackout curtains actually worked! The HVAC was inconsistent—-hot then freezing then hot again, but overall a very nice stay. The location is ideal! Art is fun "
