"Overall, wonderful stay. The pool and Little Palm was great! The rooms were cute and the coffee shop was convenient. However, our room was a Premier King and, for the amount we paid, we had no view (completely covered by bush and gate, felt a bit jailish), the room was incredibly loud as it backed up to the restaurant, and the staff wasn’t as friendly as expected. We had a nice time all in all, but the ROI was lacking. "

"The TV didn't work, couldn't call front desk because phone didn't work. They never came to fix like they said they would after we waited several hours for them. The AC never fully cooled the room. The room had a musty odor. The bathroom had a different odor. Location was best part We always stay in Mt Pleasant due to central location to IOP, Folly and Downtown Charleston. Location was best part. "

"Have stayed at Emeline numerous times. Great location and nice rooms. Front desk, especially Nicole, are friendly and extremely accommodating. The valets, Mark, Philip and Kahron were excellent. The car was readily available and they were as friendly as could be. The only issue was housekeeping. They forgot to clean our room and unfortunately the housekeeping has always been an issue."

"WiFi in the room wasn’t working and talking to the front desk the answer I received was that some rooms have this issue and it’s been this way for a while. There was no aim to resolve this issue. When I pressed again I was told I had to call their IT support and see if I could fix it!!! Extremely poor customer service. Stayed 2 nights without any WiFi. Will probably not stay there again. "

"I booked the room for, as I thought, a quiet place to stay outside of the city of Charleston. Shem Creek happened to be the most sought after place in the area. Thankfully, we always found the last reserved hotel parking spot every evening. Plenty of good restaurants, walking opportunities and quick drive to beaches; 10/10 on location. The hotel itself was fine. The outside patio was clean but the inside and rooms only would get a 5/10 on cleanliness. No housekeeping so took care of towels and garbage myself. "
