"We were very disappointed with our stay. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, this is not a good choice.
If you choose this location, be sure to ask for a room away from the restaurant and confirm that you are getting a room with air conditioning.
For the price we should not have been woken early by restaurant set up, and a lack of AC in over 90 degree weather.
As locals we have been visiting Pismo for many years, we will not be returning to this hotel"

"The hotel was very clean and spacious. We loved the view! The toilet was having some issues flushing but nothing major. The staff was quick, kind and attentive and they accommodated a late check out for us. I do wish breakfast was included like some of the other hotels near by but overall it was a great stay!"

"Overall the stay was okay for 1 night. The office smelled odd😅 but the guest service was good. I was on the 400 rooms and the wifi didn't reach all the way over their so doing work on the computer was a no go. Theirs a cute view in the back to the ocean and the pool looked really clean.the bedding wasn't as white as I wanted it to be. Looked a bit yellow like sheets for a smoking room but I slept good. It was cheap to. Theirs a place to eat rightnext door and some outlets at walking distance...
