"Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. "

"We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. "Son derece güzel,rahat ve sessiz bir otel.Aslında gondolaya 10-15 dk.yürüme mesafesinde ancak biraz yokuş olduğundan dönüşte kayak ekipmanları ile zorlanabiliniyor.Otelin shuttle servisi var ama yarım saate bir.Servisler sabah ve akşam kayak için ring sefer yapmalı.Otelin kahvaltısı güzel ama hergün aynı çeşitler çıkıyor.Ayrıca hiçbir güvenlik sorunu yaşamadık.Otel personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever."
