"Clean, confortable, good breakfast, nice outdoor pool. Inside pool and spa area not very atractive. "

"This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. "

"I liked the spa. The location was perfect. The breakfast though was average "

"The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available."

"Apartment was clean and comfortable. Personal were friendly. Swimming pool was with cold water, jacuzzi was not cleaned."
