Staff were lovely, I extended my stay for another day and the staff they were so helpful. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was lovely and the parking was great right outside the property with plenty of parking in the back. "We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd...

"Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed."

So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready.
