The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Bins hadn't been emptied. Dead woodlice in the bedroom on the floor. Dirty on top of the fridge. Brown bug...
