"Upon arrival there was no one at the desk to check us in for at least 3-4 minutes. My husband had to whistle to get someone to come out of the office, which was located right behind the desk to help us and there was no apology for making us wait. The hotel and our room was for the most part clean but there was a foul odor coming from the restroom when we entered the room. It seem to be coming from the drain in the tub, but I'm not sure. "The singature property or VIP is nice but to use anything you have to cross the main road, not even a crosswalk to get to them, there is also no BBQ near the signature building and the path to the beach is a maze not from the pool area. The kids arcade wa broken when we went, the pool was kinda dirty, in a failure to skim it daily way... the place over all is an ok experience."

"First off we chose this place because it said it offered Free breakfast and it was a 5 star rating! Turns out when we check it is says: No breakfast is served...to me its false advertising. We paid $205.00 for one night , which i may add: we could of rented a better room with better views!"

"This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

"Room was not as advertised. There were several bugs, including cockroaches in our room and the room our friend stayed in. Breakfast was mediocre and I found a hair in my oatmeal on day one. Pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken which was not communicated until we arrived. The staff was mediocre as well. I asked for a pack and play for our baby thinking they would bring it to our room but instead I had to lug it up with pillows and blankets as well. Nobody was going out of their way...
