"Excellent breakfast. Excellent hotel staff. very clean. Very accommodating."

"Room was alright, clearly needs a bit of an update. Fire alarm went off at like 10pm. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food was great as well Hottub was so over chlorined that it burned my eyes just walking into the room. Massive mold buildup around the edges."

"Breakfast wasn’t included, parking was extra, and not easily accessible. It was across an alley and up and down two flights of stairs with no elevator. The thermostat in our room was broken and the room was freezing. Tried to call the front desk many times without getting an answer. Finally, spoke to the front desk in person and they gave an excuse about how it’s two sections of the building and didn’t find a solution. Also, there are no change rooms or washroom anywhere near the pool, so patrons are obviously not showering before entering. And to access the squash court you need to go outside and across the same alley as the parking garage. The sauna was also padlocked and not useable."

"Had a problem checking in - as they wanted to charge me for the room but I had already paid. It was figured out promptly and we got our keys. Clean room. Walls a tad bit thin - we could hear our neighbors snooring. Breakfast buffet was great! Lots of choices to eat from waffles to egg McMuffins and cereal. "

"Older hotel but refurbished nicely. Everyone was pleasant. Most modern properties have some form of breakfast included. This one does not."

"Didn’t like the room layout, bath needs a little updating. Bed was only queen, not overly comfortable. Did not use any amenities nor breakfast. Close to highway, nothing to walk to. Do not clean room daily. Nothing bad but not great."
