"My husband and I stayed for three nights at Longacre. The owner is very kind. The house is spacious, but I did find it to be a little dated. We stayed in the manor room which was very big but seems like it was decorated from the early 90s. Also, there was no option to lower the temperature in the room, so I had to use a fan from the closet to try to cool the room down. The grounds behind the house are beautiful and peaceful."
"Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable price, and very clean room. The furnishings were dated and it feels pretty old. But it had fresh paint and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My A/C couldn’t keep up so it was pretty warm. I had to sleep with just the sheet. But the area was so beautiful and I loved the nature and walking trails. And like I said helpful staff, clean, and good coffee. :-)"
"In my opinion, the room in which we stayed was subpar at best. There were stains on the carpet, hair on the floor in the bathroom. Altogether, the bathroom was not clean and ready for guests to occupy. The tub showed signs of mold, the toilet seat was loose or broken, which was a hazard in what was advertised as a handicap accessible room (NOT).
The King size bed had a severe dip in the middle which hindered any restful sleep. We asked for another room and were told that no other room was...
