"I got locked out of my room twice. The room was dusty and the bathroom smelled moldy. Could see the table has never been pulled out to be cleaned. There was trash on the floor."

"Nice pool! It was perfect during the weird March heatwave, however, they kept the skylight open at night and we were freezing when the sun went down!! "

"Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! Keep your valuables and financial identity on your person at ALL times in this place. We go to a yearly event in Lynchburg and will be staying inn our camper van in the future! "

"Lovely hotel with a boutique vibe. We loved the lobby & dining area - especially the fire pit for cozy evenings. The staff are super friendly and always ready with a smile & hello. Tori Blue Restaurant being in site was an added bonus! "

"Have driven past this property hundreds of times over 30 years and finally stayed here. It by far exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean, up to date and comfortable. The breakfast included was very good. I will plan to repeat this exercise again as it was quite enjoyable."
