I had to be on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get instructions on how to get to the apartment, and at the end I wasn't given the code for the door. The agent that was assigned to the property stopped replying before making sure I'm checked in, when I called the customer support number, a guy there told me he can only help with the reservation, but not the door code. "Made reservations online, and when we arrived to the property after a 15 Hour Dr. We found out that we didn’t have reservations and that the previous owner was scamming people online."

"Avoid this place at all cost. Firstly the place stunk. A wierd smell lingered around the entire time. The AC didnt work either so it was freezing the entire time. Once entering we noticed that they didnt provide the 2 sofa beds that we paid for. After contacting someone we were told to just sleep on the sofa and they would give us an air mattess( wich was dirty and they didnt even pump it up).
