Hotel berdekatan Pinecrest Lake

"I reserve through Expedia king bedroom suite weeks in advance. When I arrived, they said the only thing I had available was a bedroom suite for someone with disabilities. When I asked to change my room, they said they had no other rooms available. We have stayed there before and had a beautiful king suite. This time I felt they left whatever was available."

"The room was excellent and very clean, but the overall hotel experience was disappointing. The casino was horrible, with no designated non-smoking area. The hotel smelled stuffy, and the carpets need a thorough cleaning. I was also shocked to pay $7 for a bottle of water. Overall, there is definitely room for improvement."

"Very nice stay. Staff was excellent!! They were helpful and accommodating. Best in a long time!! Breakfast was also good and fresh"

"My stay was perfect, the jets for the jacuzzi worked great, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything. The parking situation was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. I would definitely go again!"

"Very weak wifi practically unusable"

"The tv did not have many channels at all. Our toilet kept running water and had to wait some time to flush again."

"I love it"

"Love this hotel! Will definitely be back"

"Bit of a bait and switch. The rooms are very small. The fireplace is bring your own wood. And the fireplace isn't wide enough so it sets the fire alarm off. The shower is a tube. The wifi doesn't work on the property and I struggled to get data. The cable is connected to wifi so that doesn't work. The rooms are decorated with very odd paintings. Very easily could be the scene of a scary movie. The pond had a bunch of trash, a fountain that resemble my lawn sprinkler, and was very cheap looking...

"Is a beautifull place for stay and for the Kids."

"No Staff, everything is self-service. It's not really a Bed & Breakfast, it's more like renting a room without staff."
