"It was clean it was it was very much like a motel room back in the 70s or 60s but it was perfect. The restaurant bar was great. The food was excellent. Service was great people all around the pool was great."

"Had a really great stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the shower—the water pressure was amazing, honestly one of the best I’ve experienced. The property also has great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, plus direct access to the beach, which made the stay even better. The only downside was that the food wasn’t always consistent, but overall everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again."

"I loved the beach access from the property. This location is prime if you’re trying to walk to many places. The unit I was in, was a bit dated however it was clean. The balcony had a nice view. The lobby has a bar and a cafe (hours are indefinite). The property has a game room, I didn’t get a chance to use it. The front of the property has stairs and I didn’t see any ramp nearby so with a stroller, we had to lift it up every time. It’s a nice budget place to stay."

"Girl at front desk 4/20 6pm was condescending & rude. Ignored our presence as did the next woman later. Only professional front help was young man with curly hair 👍My daughter never complains but ask me why they are so rude. She is 27 in Med school. Rest was fine."

"Very nice. Great pool. Beach was nice. Plenty of restaurants and food options on the property. Would definitely return to Puerto Rico and the Royal Sonesta."
