"Realmente es un lugar muy chulo y ameno. Es más grande de lo que realmente uno se imagina viendo las fotos. En cuestión de la habitación fue bastante compacta, pero para descansar y relajarse funciona muy bien. El área de la piscina muy chula también, cómoda y el personal de la barra bastante atento. Oscar el encargado del área de playa, fue muy chulo y atento una persona muy agradable. Personal del lobby también siempre fueron muy agradables y atentos, diría que de lo mejor que tienen al momento, sin embargo el personal de limpieza no puedo decir lo mismo, muchas de ellas eran unas irrespetuosas con poco profesionalismo. Hay una en específico, es la encargada del desayuno o eso pude identificar que considero que es una persona muy desagradable. Mientras uno desayunaba ella se encontraba hablando por teléfono hablando cosas personales diciendo palabras obscenas y dando queja del trabajo que se encontraba realizando a esa persona que tenía en el teléfono. Realmente eso cambió mi ánimo y perspectiva del área. Me gustó mucho el lugar y superó mis espectativas, sin embargo solo por eso le baja calidad a mi experiencia en el hotel. Algo que puede mejorar en el espacio es en el área de los pasillos de habitaciones es ubicar algún elemento o varios que ayude a la acústica. Se escucha mucho a las personas que pasan por el pasillo y es demasiado. Un poco incómodo cuando uno busca descansar. Overall fue un buen lugar solo esos detalles. "

"We booked a “honeymoon suite” and it didn’t feel very private or romantic. I could see other rooms had even less privacy so I considered us lucky. Overall, privacy was lacking. At one point another guest made direct eye contact with me while I was naked from their own room while I was using the shower. The inside shower didn’t drain, so we had water above our ankles every time we showered for more than 5 minutes. The tub didn’t feel very hygienic because it didn’t drain well. The staff tried to fix it but it didn’t work. The water didn’t get hot and didn’t even stay warm so showering was not enjoyable. Our toilet shared a wall with the cafe, so we ended up using the shared bathroom a lot because watching people’s shadows and hearing conversations that sound very close while you use the restroom was just…bad. The staff was amazing and was by far the best part of the stay. The location was good and felt safe. The food was pretty bland and expensive for what it is. They offer free coffee and rotating tea all day and that was great. Again, the staff were amazing. We also really enjoyed our snorkel experience. You can tell the staff takes good care of the property and the plants are very beautiful. If you want some cute pictures for social media, book one night here. We won’t be coming back though. One thing to note, they offered free beach towels and chairs on loan so you don’t need to buy or pay extra, which we appreciated. "

"Very nice. Great pool. Beach was nice. Plenty of restaurants and food options on the property. Would definitely return to Puerto Rico and the Royal Sonesta."

"Room was clean and stocked with waters, snacks and robes. Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything was well kept and housekeeping did a great job of freshening up throughout our stay. Only suggestion would be to add a microwave and ice machine in the common area accessible to guests (had to ask for ice every time we needed some). Overall amazing experience!!"
