I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. Cons: -The only major negative I have is not having large mats/room carpets down or providing a few washable ones as an option (which I understand it’s an ease for cleaning) but the inside tracked in so much sand and dirt and was EXTREMELY slippery when wet, especially the outside bathroom area, outside of the single small bathroom towel mat! "This was a beautiful hotel and access to Vivo Beach Club is the best perk ever! I definitely plan to stay here again on my next trip. I only have two minor complaints: #1 The bar was closed for most of our stay with no posted hours. Also, we purchased the buffet breakfast one morning at around 10:45am. However, the buffet ends at 11:00am. It would have been nice if the waiter informed us of that before we purchased. Despite these issues, I will be back!"

Now - All that said I want you to read some realities here. It's a beach house, not a boutique hotel. They have a cute little restaurant but its operating hours are 9am (for food) to 6pm. There's no vending machine so you need to either door dash supplies or pick them up (water, snacks, etc) There are beach amenities but no "hotel" style...
