"Lovely and kind staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn't great was the elevator, when you selected the third floor it would highlight 2 for the second floor. It took a minute for it to work. However, I would definitely recommend staying here just for the location. It's located near a shopping center so it's super convenient."

"Overall, my stay here was disappointing, but I want to give credit where it’s due. The staff was genuinely excellent… very responsive, understanding, and quick to help. When I had issues with loud neighbors waking me up between 3–5 AM, they handled my concerns professionally and moved me to another room without any hassle. Customer service here is easily 10/10. Unfortunately, the stay itself didn’t improve enough after that. While the new room was quieter, I began noticing baby roaches appearing occasionally, which was a major dealbreaker for me. Cleanliness is a big factor when traveling, and that made it hard to feel comfortable in the space. Another important issue for me was how difficult it was to focus and study. Between the lack of consistent quiet early on and the overall discomfort of the room, it made it nearly impossible to get into a productive routine. I found myself leaving just to find a place where I could concentrate. Because of these issues, I avoided the room as much as possible and eventually ended up switching hotels during my stay. If you’re planning to attend Baker School of Aeronautics, I’d strongly suggest considering other options unless you’re on a very tight budget. Again, the staff was amazing and did everything they could to help, but the noise, cleanliness issues, and overall environment made this a place I wouldn’t choose to stay at again."

"The breakfast was not good at all and I have low standards for hotel breakfast. We got a suite and the cabinets were sticky/tacky to the touch. The 4th floor smelled like cigarettes in several places not sure if people staying there were smoking or what but we stayed four days and it always smelled. For what I paid I think it was over priced. It’s clean for the most part and the outside seating area is nice. "
