"Good, decent, friendly and helpful staff"

"The staff was really nice and responsive the common areas were nice but need ice. The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. "Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen."

"Wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm. Room not ready. Short staffed. Most of the time we were coming or going to property minimal staff or no staff present. We were supposed to be at a concert at 6:30. Messed up our plans."

"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could.
