"I arrived with my 5 year old son around 9:30am after getting off a night train and not only did they let us check in early but they upgraded us to a wonderful room. The staff were helpful, kind, courteous, and thoughtful. The room was huge and clean and had great amenities. The room itself was quite warm and the A/C is turned off in the winter but we left the window open that made it cool enough to get a good sleep. Bed was comfy and and cozy. We both slept like angels."

"Very nice hotel in the centre of Budapest and within easy distance of various attractions. Overall the condition of the hotel was great however there were a couple of minor issues within my room, hence the slightly lower rating in this area, namely a loose light switch upon entering the room and the shower head has a slight crack/hole in the casing. Staff were very attentive and made checking in and out a breeze. "
