The property is conveniently located near Dollywood and behind McDonalds and Corkeys BBQ. The biggest issue is that the bathtub was scummy and the Popup drain in the sink did not work from above. You had to reach under the sink to close the drain. Also, I did not like the body wash. It seemed like it had been watered down.

Great property! Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped through the doors until we left. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants. Very convenient for staying in Pigeon Forge or going to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend!

Overall for the money spent, we had a good experience. While the building and rooms shows sign of age, everything from the lobby to the rooms were clean and organized. House keeping did a phenomenal job with their daily room cleanings. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good time at the Guest Inn. Really, our only two complaints were no continental breakfast which is advertised on Expedia, and the beds were extremely firm.

The room smelled of marijuana terribly. Someone on our floor was smoking it and I reported it to the front desk and they didn’t move to even investigate.
