Sistema di prenotazione vergognoso.

La sera in cui i miei ospiti dovevano utilizzare la camera, la struttura ha dichiarato che era stata cancellata. Ho chiesto se il problema fosse legato all'orario di check in, ma la risposta era sempre la stessa: "No signore, la camera è semplicemente stata cancellata da Lei". Assurdo il fatto che io stia scrivendo questa recensione...sulla conferma di soggiorno. Tra voi "Hotel.com" e la struttura "Capri hotel" spero vi mettiate d'accordo sui sistemi di gestione, perché al momento sono estremamente pessimi.
