"The kitchen staff was absolutely amazing. Maître D. Franco greeted us with a smile and handshake. His cooking staff and bus staff were polite and respectful. The entertainment staff was equally friendly and polite. The front of the house staff was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Housekeeping staff was on point. "We had such a lovely time at this property. It is so beautiful- the buildings, the grounds, the pool, the beach, everything. We enjoyed wonderful massages and facials at the charming spa too. "The room we received didn’t look like the rooms we reserved from Expedia, it was very small and very simple!!! we felt like it was a fraud. No water in the rooms, the rooms were very far from the entrance and the dining room. We received a second floor room even though my mom is old and we asked for a closer room with no stairs and they refused. The food at the from was good. No free towels for the swimming pool or beach. Very disappointed, this is not a 4 star hotel!!!"
