"Family that runs it is fantastic! Rooms are clean and comfortable with a view worth it alone! Quiet and the landscaping is beautiful! The restaurant is a must, I run a beef ranch and the ribeye was definitely one of the top 3 I’ve ever eaten! Will recommend and will be staying here again!"

"This property is gorgeous! I arrived late at night so wandering the grounds the next morning felt like opening a present. I especially liked the outdoor shower and the dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Highly recommend. "

"Highly recommend The Retreat hotel! It was gorgeous and the views breath taking. The staff was very attentive and kind. Will definitely go again. The tours were over priced though. ~400 per tour and while the locations were beautiful it was not worth that much money. Also note there is no food you can buy except for in the restaurants there. So grab some snack at the airport. But highly recommend this place. Even in the rainy season it was amazing "

"The staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious (and the hours were convenient!), the property was clean and safe, the pool was small but very nice with lots of seating options. The location was also perfect, close to the airport but not noisy and very convenient with lots of food and shopping nearby."
