Staff was very nice and accommodating. I like that the receptionist / property manager gentleman would walk up to cars to make sure there they were actual guests and there for reason. (He walked up to us parking a few times, especially at night and I appreciated that) The property is beautiful, the bungalow was clean and pretty cool. Pool was great and the AC was pumpin! The property is Close enough to everything yet tucked away from the main road traffic. I would absolutely recommend Jungalo, You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautifully Tucked in the hillside but worth the drive from La Fortuna. The owner, John and smiling staff greeted us with a complementary cocktail My family of 2 adults & 2 teens could only stay one night, but loved the private spacious and modern bungalow. The lush gardens and breathtaking view of valley were exceptional. Pool more for dipping…Too small to swim. More affordable breakfast would be great, but would definitely stay there again.

My favorite place in Costa Rica - maybe anywhere! So quiet and peaceful! You truly feel like you are in the jungle. Upgrade to the spa on deck of your room - amazing to sit and drink coffee or a cocktail in the jungle in warm water. The staff was amazing. The restaurant reasonably priced (it's not everywhere) and delicious. It's on a dirt road, but easily drivable. They will help you plan excursions! My husband, myself and my teenage boys all loved it! Our room had a huge loft the boys stayed in, our room was entry level with indoor outdoor sliding doors, a table, kitchen (though I don't know why you'd cook), fridge, spa - luxury in the jungle most definitely! And super safe!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!

Great idea putting brand new, fantastic concept, 2 floor, A frames with dual balconies out in a beautiful jungle scene. The restaurant also is a beautifully located and put together open air concept structure, with welcoming lights shining into the darkness beckoning its guests and this place has the most welcoming, hard working staff. This comes right from the top as well since William is such a welcoming guy willing to let you in on his big plans for the place that has only been in existence for a short period of time and he can even whip you up a nice steak. This staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our bungalow ended up being at the bottom of a steep hill which would have been a struggle for my mom. At 9 pm the owning and GM got staff to clean another bungalow and moved us that was closer to the car and a more mild hill. They bent over backwards to make sure our stay was great
